I know it's been so long and honestly, way too long since I've peeped anything on my site. It was an amazing November and then I got sick. And then I got sick again and again and again!! I know this terrible cold/flu thing has been going around and it really hangs on! But DAMN!!! I was sick a couple of times and it didn't seem like a big deal, then the last one was really bad. I mean gnarly! My babe even got sick and he rarely gets sick. So finally it was NyQuil to the rescue! At this point I wasn't getting the rest I needed anyhow because I was coughing myself awake all night, so the NyQuil really helped. In addition to an edible that I'm sure helped a lot!! That first night I tried the combination, I must have slept at 9pm (which is pretty much never for me!) and got up at 2pm the next day! Now that is some sleep!!
Musically, I am itching to get back into it hardcore!! Not only did I not have much of a voice for a lot of the sicky poo time, but I also put myself on vocal rest because it hurt so much to talk and swallow. So now I am dying to really do some work and sing! And there is a lot of work to be done!!!! I feel so far behind, but I guess we are always exactly where we are meant to be at the moment. Now focus, positivity and hard work to accomplish goals and get back out there.
I can't wait to share all the new adventures with you and see what adventures you are up to! Life is so beautiful and amazing. Make the most of your life!! I know I am!
